How Can I Review Something Never Received?

Submitted my order 5/20. Received email 5/26 saying order was processed. Status as of yesterday 6/7 showed waiting for pickup by USPS. So, sent email to company asking if this is normal. Today I received request for review but no products received to review! Checked status online again & now shows enroute - expected arrival by 6/10. Sure hope it’s worth the wait?

I love this product!
