I’m new to the Andrelle’s Skin Care line. My first purchase was the small size combination skin care kit. Loved it. My skin became visibly smoother and clear in no time. I decided to order the full size combination kit, the hyperpigmentation kit, as well as the under eye cream. I have yet to receive this order. This review is based solely off the combination products and processing. I didn't give the full 5 stars because it’s been over two weeks since I placed my order and a day shy of two weeks since I received my shipping information. This review is in response to an email that says it’s been two weeks since my order was fulfilled, and asking for feedback. I’ve reached out before and received good customer service. Sooo Idk…guess I’ll just have to keep waiting.

Krystal responded to my email requesting to cancel my order due to the delay in shipping. She apologized as it is out of her hands since the order has shipped. She has rectified me not receiving my products in a timely manner (w/in 24 hours) and it is greatly appreciated. When she says she is big on customer service, she’s PROVEN she means it! I suggest if you have any issues to reach out to her. HER PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE BOMB!
